Ingredients

  • 1 lb. hamburger
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1/2 lb. diced ham
  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • molasses to taste
  • 2 Tbsp. mustard
  • 1 lb. can pork and beans
  • 1 lb. can kidney beans
  • 1 lb. can butter beans
  • 1 lb. can lima beans

Instructions

  1. Brown the hamburger and chopped onion in a skillet.
  2. Add the diced ham, ketchup, salt, brown sugar, mustard, vinegar, and the can of pork and beans to the skillet.
  3. Drain the liquid from the lima beans, butter beans, and kidney beans, then add them to the mixture.
  4. Add molasses to taste and mix everything well.
  5. Pour the mixture into a baking dish and bake at 350°F for 1 hour.
