Ingredients

  • 1 small can green peas
  • 1 head lettuce
  • 4 to 6 boiled eggs
  • 1 lb bacon
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 tomato
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup sour cream

Instructions

  1. Layer a base of finely cut lettuce in a serving dish.
  2. Add a layer of chopped boiled eggs on top of the lettuce.
  3. Add another layer of lettuce over the eggs.
  4. Spread sliced onions over the lettuce.
  5. Place pieces of tomato over the onions.
  6. Sprinkle green peas and crumbled bacon over the tomato layer.
  7. Mix mayonnaise and sour cream together and spread over the top of the salad.
  8. Sprinkle grated cheese on top.
  9. Refrigerate the salad overnight before serving.
