Ingredients

  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
  • 1/2 c. whipped cream
  • 1/2 c. butter, melted
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 c. flour

Instructions

  1. Cream sugar, nutmeg, whipped cream, melted butter, eggs, and flour together until smooth.
  2. Drop one tablespoon of batter into the center of a heated cake iron.
  3. Bake until golden, then turn and roll the cake into shape.
