Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup melted butter
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 1/2 cups flour

Instructions

  1. Whip the eggs and sugar until white and fluffy.
  2. Add melted butter and vanilla to the egg mixture and combine well.
  3. Stir in the flour until the dough is a little thick.
  4. Bake in a krumkake iron until golden and crisp.
  5. While hot, roll the cookies into cone shapes.
