Ingredients

  • 1 (16 oz.) can crushed pineapple
  • 1 (16 oz.) bag wide egg noodles
  • 6 eggs
  • 3/4 cup cottage cheese
  • 3/4 cup sour cream
  • 3/4 stick butter or margarine
  • 6 to 8 packets sugar or Equal
  • 2 tsp. cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F.
  2. Melt margarine in a 9 x 13-inch pan and remove from the oven.
  3. Cook the egg noodles until done and drain well.
  4. In a large bowl, combine sour cream, well-beaten eggs, cottage cheese, salt, and sugar.
  5. Add the cooked noodles to the mixture and stir well.
  6. Pour the mixture into the prepared pan with melted margarine.
  7. Sprinkle with a mixture of cinnamon and sugar on top.
  8. Bake for 1 hour to 1 hour and 15 minutes until golden brown.
