Ingredients

  • 2 lb. ground beef
  • 1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 lb. grated American cheese
  • 5 to 7 flour tortillas

Instructions

  1. Brown ground beef with chopped onion.
  2. Add Ro-Tel tomatoes and cream of mushroom soup to the beef mixture and simmer for 10 minutes.
  3. Layer tortillas, meat mixture, and grated American cheese in a baking dish.
  4. Repeat layering until ingredients are used, ending with a layer of cheese on top.
  5. Bake at 350°F until bubbly and cheese is melted and golden.
