Ingredients

  • 2 c. raw diced potatoes
  • 2 c. chopped celery
  • 2 c. hamburger (uncooked)
  • 1 c. finely chopped green pepper
  • 2 c. raw sliced onions
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 12 soda crackers (crumbled)
  • 2 c. canned tomatoes

Instructions

  1. Place the raw diced potatoes, chopped celery, uncooked hamburger, chopped green pepper, raw sliced onions, and canned tomatoes in a 2 1/2-quart baking dish in the order given.
  2. Sprinkle each layer with salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Sprinkle the top with crumbled soda cracker crumbs.
  4. Bake in a preheated oven at 375°F for 1 1/2 hours.
