Ingredients

  • 1 pound Ground Lamb
  • 1/4 cup Cooked Bulgar, Quinoa, or Rice
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Kosher salt
  • 1 teaspoon Red pepper flakes
  • 1/4 teaspoon Ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1/4 cup Chopped parsley
  • 1 tablespoon Mint

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients with your hands
  2. Divide into 8 portions
  3. Grill or cook on the stove-top, 4 minutes each side.
