Ingredients

  • 2 lb. ground beef, browned
  • 2 packages Schilling mild chili seasoning
  • 1 quart tomato juice
  • 2 potatoes, peeled and diced
  • 2 carrots, peeled and sliced
  • 2 stalks celery, diced
  • 1/4 green pepper, diced (optional)
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 large cans tomatoes

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a large container.
  2. Cook on low heat until potatoes and carrots are tender.
  3. Add more tomato juice or water if more liquid is desired.
  4. Serve hot and enjoy.
