Ingredients

  • 3 (10 oz.) cans refrigerator buttermilk biscuits
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1/2 lb. bacon
  • 1 onion
  • 1 green pepper
  • chopped jalapeno peppers (optional)
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 8 to 12 oz. Cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Cut the refrigerator buttermilk biscuits into quarters.
  2. Dip each biscuit piece in melted margarine.
  3. Layer one-third of the biscuit pieces in a lightly greased 10-inch Bundt pan.
  4. Sprinkle with half of the cooked bacon, grated cheeses, chopped onion, and chopped green pepper.
  5. Repeat the layering process until all ingredients are used, ending with the biscuit pieces on top.
  6. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 40 to 45 minutes or until golden and cooked through.
