Ingredients

  • 2 bunches broccoli or 1 bunch broccoli and 1 cauliflower, cut in pieces
  • 8 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 1 can Eagle Brand condensed milk
  • 1/2 can vinegar (use milk can)
  • 1 egg
  • 1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped onion

Instructions

  1. Beat together condensed milk, vinegar, egg, mustard, and chopped onion until thick.
  2. Pour the dressing over the broccoli and bacon mixture.
  3. Chill the salad before serving.
