Tips & Substitutions

For a bit of heat, consider adding some diced jalapeños to the meat mixture. If you want a lighter option, swap the ground beef for ground turkey or use whole wheat tortillas. You can also substitute the Monterey Jack cheese with cheddar for a sharper flavor. To save time, you could use pre-made taco sauce instead of blending your own.

Serving Suggestions

Lasagne O'Lay is best served with a side salad or some Mexican-style rice to complement the flavors. You can also offer additional toppings like diced avocados or fresh cilantro. For a fun twist, serve it alongside the Tostada Bake for a delightful combination of textures and flavors.

Storage & Reheating

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. To reheat, place in the oven at 350°F until heated through, about 20-25 minutes. You can also microwave individual portions, but the oven will keep the tortillas from getting soggy.
