Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup finely shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 loaf (1 lb.) frozen white bread dough, thawed
  • 1/4 cup melted butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. In a shallow bowl, combine grated Parmesan cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and onion powder; set aside.
  3. Divide the thawed bread dough into 16 pieces and roll each into a 6-inch rope.
  4. Dip each dough rope in melted butter, then roll in the cheese mixture.
  5. Place the breadsticks 2 inches apart on a greased baking sheet.
  6. Let the breadsticks rest for 10 minutes.
  7. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until golden brown.
