Ingredients

  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup nuts
  • 1 small package cream cheese
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 large Cool Whip
  • 1 (3 oz.) package instant pudding

Instructions

  1. Mix melted butter, flour, and chopped nuts and press into a pie pan or 9 x 13-inch pan.
  2. Bake at 350°F for 15 minutes and let cool.
  3. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, and half of the Cool Whip until smooth.
  4. Spread the cream cheese mixture on top of the cooled crust.
  5. In a separate bowl, combine instant pudding mix with the required amount of milk according to package instructions.
  6. Spread the pudding mixture over the cream cheese layer.
  7. Top with the remaining Cool Whip.
  8. Chill before serving.
