Ingredients

  • 3 medium potatoes, sliced
  • 1 (12 oz.) can corn, drained
  • 1 (12 oz.) can peas, drained or 1 cup frozen peas
  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 10 oz. frozen green beans
  • 2 medium onions, thinly sliced
  • 1 (1 lb.) can whole or crushed tomatoes
  • 1 Tbsp. instant beef broth
  • 1 tsp. dried basil
  • 1 tsp. dried oregano

Instructions

  1. Grease a 4-quart casserole dish.
  2. Layer sliced potatoes, drained corn, drained or frozen peas, and ground beef in the casserole.
  3. Sprinkle the beef layer with instant beef broth, dried basil, and dried oregano.
  4. Add layers of frozen green beans, sliced onions, and canned tomatoes (do not drain).
  5. Bake at 350°F for 1 1/2 hours.
