Layered Beef Casserole

Ingredients
- 3 medium potatoes, sliced ⓘ
- 1 (12 oz.) can corn, drained ⓘ
- 1 (12 oz.) can peas, drained or 1 cup frozen peas ⓘ
- 1 lb. ground beef ⓘ
- 10 oz. frozen green beans ⓘ
- 2 medium onions, thinly sliced ⓘ
- 1 (1 lb.) can whole or crushed tomatoes ⓘ
- 1 Tbsp. instant beef broth ⓘ
- 1 tsp. dried basil
- 1 tsp. dried oregano ⓘ
Instructions
- Grease a 4-quart casserole dish.
- Layer sliced potatoes, drained corn, drained or frozen peas, and ground beef in the casserole.
- Sprinkle the beef layer with instant beef broth, dried basil, and dried oregano.
- Add layers of frozen green beans, sliced onions, and canned tomatoes (do not drain).
- Bake at 350°F for 1 1/2 hours.
