- Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan.
- Melt margarine or butter in the baking pan in the oven.
- Sprinkle crushed cocoa crispy rice evenly over the melted margarine.
- Pour sweetened condensed milk evenly over the cereal mixture.
- Sprinkle coconut flakes and chopped pecans evenly over the sweetened condensed milk.
- Distribute semi-sweet chocolate pieces and butterscotch pieces evenly over the top of the mixture.
- Press lightly to distribute ingredients evenly.
- Bake for 25 minutes.
- Allow to cool, then cut into bars.
