Ingredients

  • 1 c. Minute rice
  • 1/2 c. chopped green pepper
  • 1/4 c. chopped onion
  • 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
  • salt, pepper and garlic salt
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 1/2 c. chopped ripe olives (optional)
  • 3/4 lb. ground beef
  • another 8 oz. can tomato sauce
  • 1/4 c. water

Instructions

  1. Arrange all ingredients in layers in 9 x 13-inch greased casserole in the order given.
  2. Cover with foil and bake at 350° for 1 hour.
