Ingredients

  • 1 c. cooked salmon or halibut, crumbled
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tsp. onion, finely chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • 1/4 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 2 Tbsp. cold water
  • 8 egg roll wrappers

Instructions

  1. Mix fish with cream cheese, onion, garlic and grated cheese. In a separate bowl, mix water and cornstarch to make a sealing paste.
  2. Fill each egg roll wrapper with an appropriate amount of the fish and cheese mixture and fold over, sealing with the cornstarch paste.
