- Mix fish with cream cheese, onion, garlic and grated cheese. In a separate bowl, mix water and cornstarch to make a sealing paste.
- Fill each egg roll wrapper with an appropriate amount of the fish and cheese mixture and fold over, sealing with the cornstarch paste.
