Ingredients

  • spaghetti sauce
  • kidney beans
  • chili powder
  • garlic
  • vegetables

Instructions

  1. Thin leftover gravy by adding chicken or beef bouillon if desired.
  2. Add diced onions, celery, and green peppers to the mixture.
  3. Bring the mixture to a boil.
  4. Add chunked potatoes, carrots, cauliflower, broccoli, or cabbage, along with a can of whole or crushed tomatoes.
  5. Cook until the vegetables are done.
  6. If adding meat, cook the vegetables until almost done, then add the meat to the mixture.
  7. Serve over or with mashed potatoes.
