Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. thawed chopped broccoli
  • leftover turkey
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • cream of chicken or mushroom soup
  • grated Cheddar cheese
  • bread crumbs

Instructions

  1. Place the chopped broccoli in a baking dish.
  2. Layer the broccoli with bite-sized pieces of leftover turkey.
  3. Mix the milk with the cream of chicken or mushroom soup.
  4. Pour the soup mixture over the broccoli and turkey.
  5. Sprinkle grated Cheddar cheese on top.
  6. Add bread crumbs over the cheese.
  7. Bake at 450°F (232°C) for 15 minutes until bubbly and golden.
