- 3/4 cup pineapple juice ⓘ

- 1/2 cup well-drained crushed pineapple ⓘ
- 1 cup egg whites ⓘ
- 1/2 teaspoon cream of tartar ⓘ
Instructions
- Beat egg whites until very stiff peaks form.
- Mix about 1 cup of the egg white mixture into the flour mixture to lighten it.
- Gradually pour the egg yolk mixture over the whipped egg whites, gently folding with a rubber spatula just until blended.
- Do not stir.
