Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups unsifted flour
  • 1/2 cup confectioners sugar
  • 3/4 cup cold margarine or butter
  • 4 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 cup ReaLemon lemon juice from concentrate
  • 3/4 cup flaked coconut

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a medium bowl, combine flour and confectioners sugar.
  3. Cut in margarine or butter until the mixture is crumbly.
  4. Press the mixture onto the bottom of a lightly greased 13 x 9-inch baking pan.
  5. Bake for 15 minutes at 350°F (175°C).
