Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup butter
  • 3/4 cup flour
  • 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
  • 3/4 cup finely chopped pecans
  • Juice of 4 lemons
  • 1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup whipping cream

Instructions

  1. Melt butter in a heavy skillet over medium heat.
  2. Stir in flour, brown sugar, and chopped pecans.
  3. Cook, stirring constantly, until crumbs are toasted and golden brown.
  4. Let the mixture stand until cool.
  5. Reserve 2 tablespoons of the toasted crumbs.
  6. Press the remaining crumbs into a 9-inch pie plate to form the crust.
  7. Combine lemon juice and sweetened condensed milk in a large bowl and mix well.
  8. Fold in whipped cream until combined.
  9. Spoon the lemon mixture into the prepared crust.
  10. Sprinkle with the reserved crumbs on top.
  11. Chill until ready to serve.
