- Melt margarine in a cup on Medium-high (70%) power in the microwave for 1 minute.
- Add lemon juice, garlic salt, parsley, and dill weed to the melted margarine.
- Pat the fish fillets with paper towels to remove excess moisture.
- Arrange the fillets in a dish with the thickest part toward the outside of the dish.
- Pour the margarine mixture over the fillets.
- Cover the dish with wax paper.
