Ingredients

  • 2 cups miniature marshmallows
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 (3 oz.) package lemon flavor jello
  • 6 oz. cream cheese softened
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 lb. 4 oz. can crushed pineapple drained
  • 1 cup whipping cream whipped

Instructions

  1. Melt the miniature marshmallows in milk over low heat until smooth.
  2. Add the lemon flavored jello to the marshmallow mixture, stirring until completely dissolved.
  3. Combine softened cream cheese and mayonnaise, mixing until well blended.
  4. Gradually add the jello mixture to the cream cheese mixture, stirring until well blended.
  5. Stir in the drained crushed pineapple.
  6. Chill the mixture until slightly thickened.
  7. Fold in the whipped cream gently.
  8. Pour the mixture into a 2-quart mold and chill until firm.
  9. Unmold if desired before serving.
