Ingredients

  • 1 c. flour
  • 3/4 c. chopped nuts
  • 1/2 c. soft butter
  • 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 c. confectioners sugar
  • 1 c. Cool Whip
  • 2 pkg. instant lemon pudding mix

Instructions

  1. Mix flour, chopped nuts, and butter together and pat into the bottom of a 9 x 13 x 2-inch pan. Bake at 350°F for 15 minutes.
  2. Cool the crust completely.
  3. Beat together softened cream cheese, confectioners sugar, and Cool Whip until smooth. Spread over the cooled crust.
  4. Prepare the lemon pudding mix with cold milk according to package instructions. Pour the pudding over the cream cheese layer.
  5. Spread a layer of Cool Whip over the pudding, then sprinkle with chopped nuts.
