- If the dough is sticky, flour your fingers to help press it into the pan.
- Bake the crust for about 20 minutes.
- Meanwhile, beat the remaining ingredients (lemon peel, lemon juice, and any other ingredients) in a medium bowl on medium speed until light and fluffy.
- Pour the lemon filling over the hot crust.
- Bake for about 25 minutes until the filling is set.
- Let stand until cool, then cut into small pieces to serve.
