Ingredients

  • 1 package crescent rolls
  • 1 large zucchini or 3 small zucchini
  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese
  • 1 large onion
  • 1 stick oleo
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup Mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. Spread the crescent rolls on a 9 x 13-inch pan.
  2. Saute chopped onion and zucchini in oleo until soft.
  3. Pour the cooked zucchini and onions over the rolls.
  4. Pour beaten eggs over the zucchini and onions.
  5. Sprinkle Cheddar and Mozzarella cheeses over all.
  6. Bake at 350°F for 30 to 45 minutes.
  7. Cut into squares and serve.
