Ingredients

  • 4 halibut, scrod or cod fillets (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup chopped parsley
  • 1 teaspoon dill weed
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Center each fillet on a 12-inch square of foil.
  2. Sprinkle the fillets with chopped onion, parsley, dill weed, paprika, salt, pepper, and lemon juice.
  3. Fold the foil over each fillet to make a pocket; pleat the seams to securely enclose.
  4. Place the foil packets on a cookie sheet.
  5. Bake in a preheated moderate (375°F) oven for 30 minutes.
