Leva's Salsa is a vibrant, flavorful condiment combining fresh tomatoes, peppers, olives, and herbs, perfect for pairing with chips or as a versatile dip for any occasion.

Ingredients

  • 8 beefsteak tomatoes
  • 2 green peppers
  • 1 large onion
  • 2 cans black olives
  • 1 bunch fresh cilantro
  • jalapeno peppers to taste
  • garlic powder to taste
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste
  • 12 Tbsp. olive oil

Instructions

  1. Chop in a food processor the tomatoes, green peppers, onion, black olives, cilantro, and jalapeno peppers.
  2. Add garlic powder and stir to combine.
  3. Add olive oil and red wine vinegar, then stir well.
  4. Chill the salsa before serving.
  5. Serve with your favorite chips.
