Ingredients

  • 1 (3 oz.) pkg. Jell-O (peach)
  • 2/3 cup boiling water
  • 2 cups ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Dissolve Jell-O peach flavor completely in boiling water, stirring about 3 minutes.
  2. Add ice cubes and stir until Jell-O is thickened. Remove any unmelted ice.
  3. Blend in Cool Whip, then whip until smooth.
  4. Fold in peaches.
  5. Chill the mixture until it will mound, if necessary.
  6. Spoon into crust.
  7. Chill for 2 hours.
