Light Salmon Mousse
A light, creamy salmon mousse infused with fresh dill and yogurt, perfect as an elegant appetizer for special occasions or entertaining guests.

- Put salmon in a large bowl and mash with bones.
- In a blender or mixer, combine yogurt and cottage cheese.
- Pour the yogurt and cottage cheese mixture into the salmon and stir.
- Add chopped dill and mix well.
- Pour salmon liquid into a small pan.
- Over low heat, stir in unflavored gelatin until dissolved, about 2 minutes.
- Add the gelatin mixture to the salmon and mix thoroughly.
- Line the bottom of a 3 to 4-cup mold, bowl, or loaf pan with dill sprigs and cucumber slices if desired.
- Pour the salmon mixture into the prepared mold.
- Chill for 2 to 3 hours until set.
- Unmold the mousse and serve with crackers.
