- Grind carrots, peppers and onion on medium.
- Grind cabbage with a coarse knife.
- Add salt; cover with water.
- Let stand 2 hours.
- Drain well.
- Add sugar, celery seed, mustard seed and vinegar.
- You may have to add more to cover.
- Do not cook.
- Put in glass jars.
- Keeps very well and is very good.
