Ingredients

  • 3 cans garbanzo beans
  • 2/3 cup olive oil
  • 1/3 cup vinegar
  • 3 to 4 cloves minced garlic
  • 1 chopped onion
  • chopped parsley
  • soy sauce

Instructions

  1. Mix olive oil, vinegar, and minced garlic in a bowl.
  2. Add 4 to 5 drops of soy sauce as desired and set aside.
  3. Drain the canned garbanzo beans.
  4. Add chopped onion and chopped parsley to the beans.
  5. Pour the dressing over the beans and vegetables.
  6. Add salt to taste and chill overnight before serving.
