Ingredients

  • 1 lb. linguini
  • 3 cans Tonno tuna
  • 1/2 onion, chopped
  • 1 garlic clove, chopped
  • 1/4 c. olive oil
  • 2 cans (15 oz. each) tomato sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
  • pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Saute chopped onion and garlic in olive oil until fragrant.
  2. Add tomato sauce and cook on low heat for 5 minutes.
  3. Add canned Tonno tuna (do not drain), pepper, and Parmesan cheese to the sauce.
  4. Cook on very low heat for 15 minutes.
  5. Cook linguini until al dente, then drain well.
  6. Pour the tomato and tuna sauce over the cooked linguini.
  7. Add more Parmesan cheese if desired before serving.
