Ingredients

  • 10 oz. shell macaroni
  • 2 jars Ragu pizza sauce
  • 8 oz. grated Mozzarella cheese
  • 8 oz. grated Cheddar cheese
  • 1 lb. hickory smoked sausage
  • 1 can sliced mushrooms

Instructions

  1. Boil the shell macaroni noodles until tender, then drain.
  2. Slice the hickory smoked sausage and brown it in a skillet, then drain excess fat.
  3. Mix the cooked noodles, browned sausage, sliced mushrooms, and pizza sauce in a casserole dish.
  4. Sprinkle grated mozzarella and cheddar cheese evenly over the top.
  5. Microwave the casserole for 4 minutes, turning halfway after 2 minutes, or bake in a conventional oven at 350°F for 20 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden.
