Ingredients

  • 8 oz. macaroni
  • 2 c. cottage cheese
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1 egg
  • 3/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 2 tsp. mustard
  • 2 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. In a large bowl, mix cottage cheese, sour cream, egg, salt, pepper, and mustard.
  3. Add cooked macaroni to the mixture and stir well.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.
