- In a medium bowl, combine cooked chicken, shredded Cheddar cheese, mixed vegetables, cream of mushroom soup, and diced onion; mix well.
- Separate crescent dough into 4 triangles; press to seal the perforations.
- Spoon about 1/2 cup of the chicken mixture onto one half of each triangle.
- Bring the remaining half of each triangle over the filling and press the edges with a fork to seal.
- Bake on an ungreased cookie sheet at 400°F (200°C) for 12 to 15 minutes until golden brown.
