Ingredients

  • 1 cup cooked chicken
  • 3/4 cup Cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup mixed vegetables
  • 8 oz crescent dinner rolls
  • 1/2 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/4 cup diced onion

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine cooked chicken, shredded Cheddar cheese, mixed vegetables, cream of mushroom soup, and diced onion; mix well.
  2. Separate crescent dough into 4 triangles; press to seal the perforations.
  3. Spoon about 1/2 cup of the chicken mixture onto one half of each triangle.
  4. Bring the remaining half of each triangle over the filling and press the edges with a fork to seal.
  5. Bake on an ungreased cookie sheet at 400°F (200°C) for 12 to 15 minutes until golden brown.
