Ingredients

  • 4 cups Raisin Bran cereal
  • 2 1/2 cups flour
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 2 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 cups buttermilk
  • Liquid Butter Buds (made into liquid)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix Raisin Bran cereal, flour, sugar, baking soda, and salt.
  2. Add eggs, buttermilk, and liquid Butter Buds; mix well until combined.
  3. Spray muffin tins with cooking spray or Pam.
  4. Fill muffin cups two-thirds full with batter.
