Ingredients

  • 1 medium cabbage
  • 1 lb ground meat
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1/2 cup raw rice
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 1 can water

Instructions

  1. Chop the cabbage into small pieces, steam for about 5 minutes, then drain and place into a large baking dish.
  2. Brown the ground meat in a skillet over medium heat.
  3. Add chopped onions, raw rice, tomato soup, and water to the browned meat. Mix well.
  4. Bring the mixture to a boil, then pour it over the cabbage in the baking dish.
  5. Cover the dish and bake in a 350°F oven for 1 hour.
