Ingredients

  • 1 frying chicken, cut up
  • 3 chicken bouillon cubes
  • 2 tsp seasoning
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 3 Tbsp dry onion
  • 1/2 tsp parsley flakes
  • 1/2 tsp oregano

Instructions

  1. Salt the chicken with Nature's Seasons and chill overnight.
  2. Mix chicken bouillon cubes, seasoning, water, dry onion, parsley flakes, and oregano; bring to a boil.
  3. Spoon the seasoned mixture over the chicken and cover.
  4. Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes.
  5. Remove cover and bake for an additional 40 minutes or until the chicken is tender.
