Ingredients

  • 2 lb. frozen hash brown potatoes
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 12 oz. sour cream
  • 2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
  • crushed corn flakes

Instructions

  1. Spread the frozen hash brown potatoes in a large greased pan.
  2. Mix the remaining ingredients, except the crushed corn flakes, and pour over the potatoes.
  3. Top with crushed corn flakes to make a nice cover.
  4. Bake in a 350°F oven for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
