  • 14 oz. can beef or chicken broth
  • 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 1 Tbsp. oleo
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 2 Tbsp. water or white wine
  • 1/4 tsp. celery salt
  • 1/8 tsp. leaf thyme or basil, crumbled

Instructions

  1. Add enough water to the broth to make 2 cups.
  2. Gradually stir the cornstarch into a small bowl with the water or white wine until smooth.
