Low-Fat Corn Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 1/2 lb. lean ground beef
  • 1 (8 oz.) box macaroni
  • 1 c. cream of corn
  • fat-free cheese (optional)

Instructions

  1. Brown meat and onion in skillet (rinse with hot water to remove fat).
  2. Cook macaroni and drain.
  3. Add meat and corn; mix well.
  4. Salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Add fat-free cheese, if desired.
