Ingredients

  • 8 oz. fat-free cream cheese, softened
  • 1 Tbsp. minced onions
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. minced green bell pepper
  • 8 oz. Healthy Choice cheese, grated
  • 2 Tbsp. margarine
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. mayonnaise

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl.
  2. Mix well until smooth and evenly combined.
  3. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
  4. Shape the mixture into a ball.
  5. Serve with various crackers.
