Ingredients

  • 2 lb. hamburger
  • 1/8 cup soy sauce
  • 1 tsp. Accent
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic salt
  • dash of pepper
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 celery
  • 1 onion
  • 1 package won ton wraps

Instructions

  1. Dice the carrot, celery, and onion into very small pieces.
  2. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl.
  3. Add the diced vegetables into the meat mixture and combine thoroughly.
  4. Place a spoonful of the mixture on a won ton wrapper; fold it up to enclose the filling.
  5. Fry the lumpias in hot oil until they are golden brown and crispy.
