Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 box yellow cake mix
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 1 box confectioners sugar

Instructions

  1. Mix 2 eggs, butter and yellow cake mix in a bowl until stiff; spread into the bottom of a greased 9×13-inch pan.
  2. Whisk 2 eggs, cream cheese and confectioners sugar until smooth; spread over the first layer.
  3. Bake at 350°F for 35 to 40 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  4. Remove from oven and sprinkle with remaining confectioners sugar.
  5. Serve warm or at room temperature as a comforting dessert.
