Ingredients

  • 8 oz. rotini pasta
  • 1/4 lb. ham
  • 1 1/2 c. frozen peas
  • 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 c. chopped onion
  • 3 Tbsp. mayonnaise
  • 2 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 tsp. oregano
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper

Instructions

  1. Cook the rotini pasta according to the package directions; drain.
