Ingredients

  • 1 lb. box Creamettes
  • 1 can deveined shrimp
  • 1 medium onion
  • 2 stalks celery
  • 2 boiled eggs
  • mayonnaise
  • dash of mustard
  • paprika
  • celery seed
  • salt

Instructions

  1. Boil the Creamettes until tender, about 10 minutes.
  2. Drain well and let cool slightly.
  3. Add the drained shrimp, diced boiled eggs, diced celery, and diced onion; blend thoroughly.
  4. Season with salt, pepper, and celery seed.
  5. Mix in mayonnaise and a dash of mustard until well combined.
  6. Sprinkle with paprika and chill before serving.
