Ingredients

  • 1 lb. Italian sausage
  • 1 medium chopped onion
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 tsp. dried oregano leaves, crushed
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 1 can condensed beef broth
  • 1 (8 oz.) can undrained tomatoes
  • 2 c. water
  • 1/2 cup uncooked macaroni

Instructions

  1. In a pan over medium heat, cook the Italian sausage, chopped onion, minced garlic, and crushed oregano until the sausage is browned.
  2. Spoon off excess fat from the pan.
  3. Add the tomato soup, condensed beef broth, undrained tomatoes, water, and pepper to the pan.
  4. Heat the mixture to boiling, then reduce the heat to low.
  5. Cook for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  6. Stir in the uncooked macaroni and cook for an additional 10 minutes or until the macaroni is tender, stirring occasionally.
